MOBILE BRUSH WASH
Discover the easy and proven method of washing your fleet - the VADER I . This fully self contained and self propelled unit will lower your washing costs, it is easy to use, and should comply with all local environmental regulations.
SELF CONTAINED
Everything you need for efficient washing is already on the VADER I . Our system is totally self contained carrying 230 gallons of fresh water, 2 chemical tanks (16 gallons of soap), a 1500 psi detailing wand; a hot water heater (optional) and our patented water recovery and reuse system - the "Catch Basin".
EASY TO MAINTAIN
Ease of service; ease of repair is traditional for the VADER I . From the dependable and proven engine to the off the shelf components used, you can maintain and repair the VADER I difficulty. Hydraulically operated equipment has a minimum of wear parts for ease of repair and service.

AIR BRUSH
Our patented air brush produces 60 MPH winds that blow the water back into the brush and then down to the "Catch Basin" which is a standard feature on the VADER I Series 5000.
HOT WATER HEATER
An optional diesel fired hot water heater can provide thermostatically controlled hot water on demand for the entire system.
CATCH BASIN
Our patented "Catch Basin" is standard on the VADER I Series 5000. This unit moves independently from the brush to capture the water for reuse in washing the next trailer. The "Catch Basin" features a rubberized skirt to go over tires and other obstructions easily. The water captured is pumped to a foul water storage tank for reuse. With our exclusive water reuse system, you will be able to wash between 15 to 22 trailers with 230 gallons of water and have little foul water to dispose of.
